Member update:
We have good news and bad news. We had a server crash on Saturday night, all is well so don't panic but we had to do a back up restoration of your website to our latest backup which was at the 2.00am Friday 7th March.
This means that any changes you made on Friday may have been lost, our sincere apologies for that. Please call if we haven't spoken or communicated already.
We've also had reports on intermittent email issues.
We've now identified the issue (as you can imagine being intermittent it makes it tricky) and are currently working on making that stable. All should be well by the time we wake up to a fresh day.
