This work is being undertaken as a result of the outage on July, and will directly address the factors that lead to the disruption. 

An initial Hazard Warning is in place between 1:00AM EDT and 3:00AM AEDT as engineers undertake preparation work for the changes. Services should not experience any network disruptions during this time. 

The main Change Window is between 3:00AM and 4:00AM AEDT. Services will experience several short periods of network disruption during this time. Every effort will be made to minimise the impact and duration of the disruption. 

A final Hazard Warning is in place between 4:00AM AEDT and 5:00AM AEDT to allow our engineers time to monitor network stability after the change, and to resolve any issues that may arise. Services should not experience any network disruption during this time. 

Servers Australia will have multiple senior engineers on-site during these changes to ensure that they go as smoothly as possible.
