You need to archive old emails to free up space to your mailbox.
In Outlook:
1. Go to File > Clean Up Tools > Archive
2. You have 2 options: 1) Auto Archive 2) Custom Archive setting
We recommend to select option 1, Auto Archive
3. Select OK to save
