How to check your email is working

If your Outlook is not receiving emails or having some issues, it is recommended to check your webmail account first.

1. Login to your webmail account, e.g. yourdomain.com.au/webmail

e.g.
username/email: name@yourdomain.com.au
password: 12345

2. Try to create/compose new message and send to yourself. Also, try to send email from another email account such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.

3. After sending the message, check if you receive the email in your webmail.

  • If you receive the email in webmail, most probably your Outlook needs configuration.
  • If you did not receive email in webmail, most probably there is issue in your webhost.
